The Innocent Convicts
We bring much-needed attention to the plight of Innocent Convicts, calling for transparency in the administration of Justice.

Mission
We are building the bridge to help VOCALIZE the cries of Men & Women who remain in prisons across the country trying to bring awareness of THEIR INNOCENCE.
We understand their plight, as our very own President of the organization DARRELL JONES has served over 32 years of a WRONGFUL CONVICTION.
Vision
Darrell Jones in conjunction with our FOUNDER.. Osagie N. Okoruwa have worked towards UNITING our efforts to have a common goal that we will be LOUDER TOGETHER in our quest for Justice.
The Men and Women you will see here, HAVE BEEN WRONGFULLY CONVICTED. Many still locked away not knowing what to do, or how to explain to their families what their needs are in their fight.

TO FREE Rafael
Martinez

Mr. Martinez was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Timothy Walker, despite the absence of DNA confirmation, forensics, eyewitnesses, or physical evidence to directly connect him to the crime. Prior to his conviction in April 2013, Mr. Martinez was a college student who had never been in trouble with the law.
FREE DAVID YARDE
SIGN THE PETITION

Mr. Yarde was sentenced to 15 to life imprisonment for a crime he didn't commit. David has overwhelming evidence proving his innocence, including three expert witness reports showing definitive proof of innocence. In 2017, the first forensics expert reviewed the conviction in David's case and came to the conclusion that it was impossible for David to have shot the victim.
Just in!
Raymond Gaines
Regains
Freedom
after
46 years
of wrongful incarceration

Our client, Raymond Gaines is set to regain freedom after 46 years of wrongful incarceration. In her landmark decision to ALLOW Stay of Execution of Sentence, Justice of the Superior Court reasoned that “Gaines has raised credible issues in connection with the testimony of all three (witnesses)” at his trial.
